Please swipe up from the bottom of the Microsoft Surface tablet to access the Start Menu. Type into the search bar “Task Manager”, once in the task manager look for the ATD application. Click the Caretaker ATD® application and tap “end task”. Once the ATD application is terminated please open the Caretaker ATD® application again. If the issue continues please swipe up from the bottom of the tablet to access the start menu then go into the “Power” settings and tap “Restart” to restart the tablet.
