Never use any type of window cleaner, soap, scouring powder, wax and cleanser with solvents such as alcohol, benzene, ammonia, or paint thinner. Never use abrasive pads or paper towels. If you do, you can scratch the screen or strip the anti-glare coating off the screen and cause permanent damage. Never spray water directly onto the ATD. Make sure to wipe the ATD as gently as possible. ATD screens and lenses are fragile and can be damaged when pressed too hard.
1. Turn the Caretaker ATD® off and let it cool down for a few minutes before unplugging it.
2. To clean the head, lenses, and screen, gently wipe each area with a microfiber cleaning cloth. Make sure to wipe the Caretaker ATD® as gently as possible. Caretaker ATD® screens and lenses are fragile and can be damaged when pressed too hard.
3. If you don’t see results, spray water directly on to your microfiber cleaning cloth to gently wipe the frame and screen.
4. Let the Caretaker ATD® dry completely before you plug it back in.
